Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. How do I play?
    Merge adjacent matching numbers to reach the target value. Tap two adjacent equal numbers to combine them. Plan moves to create higher numbers and reach the goal.
  2. What are Daily Challenges?
    Each day a new puzzle is generated. Complete it to earn rewards and challenge your logic skills.
  3. Where is my data stored?
    All game progress and local settings are stored on your device only. We do not upload your game data to our servers by default.
  4. I found a bug — how do I report it?
    Please email cpapphaven@gmail.com with device model, iOS version, and a short description. Screenshots are helpful.
  5. Can I play offline?
    Yes — core gameplay works offline. Ads require internet connectivity.

🔐 Privacy, Ads & Security

Important: Number Match still stores your data locally. However, because the app includes ads, the ad provider (Google/AdMob) may collect limited device and advertising data to deliver and improve ads.

Firebase Analytics & Crash Reporting

We also use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage and fix crashes. These services collect aggregate usage and crash data (device model, app version, crash stack traces) and are not used to build a personal profile tied to your identity.

Troubleshooting

If ads fail to load, please check your internet connection and try again. For persistent issues, send us logs and your device model via email.
